My self aware sense says that the lions are seriously good and yep, checked the best teams in the last few years and lions are there.

And before that I was very very aware for a decade that we were crap. So calibration is fine.

A premiership in four years is a bit of a leap, it was challenging for the top 4 in three years (like the Lions did).

IMO I consider it a fair trade for Ryan Bastinac.

No-one ever thinks of old Gil.

Gil always signifies the death of The Simpsons being funny as the decline tends to coincide with Hartman’s death and Gil steps in where Hutz/McClure would have been otherwise used - so I’m not really a fan. He is a fun throwback to Glengarry Glen Ross however.
