Baghdad Billboards Switched Off After Hacker Broadcasts pr0n​

Videos of explicit content captured from an advertising screen in Uqba bin Nafia Square, a significant intersection in the heart of Baghdad, were widely shared on social media across the region.

A suspect was apprehended and could face imprisonment. It is believed the motive behind the act was a financial dispute with the company owning the billboard display screen.

Despite attempts by authorities to block access to pr0n across the country, a significant number of sites remain accessible.

Alcohol ban a boost to black market​

If the rise of “immorality” and illegal activities such as illicit drug-taking is a concern for the authorities, then banning alcohol is not helping.



Buying alcohol in Baghdad is going underground. Liquor stores are slowly closing, manufacturing alcohol is now illegal and it is being prohibited at border crossings.

Makes it hard for guys like ScrappyDo and iDon who love to enjoy themselves
