Over the last season, the field of stats-keeping has been dramatically changed thanks to the massive amounts of work that Hate has put into the sweetfa.plus site. It made the Extended Stats thread redundant, the Baz Stats can now be easily looked up without going through the entire Teamsheet...www.bigfooty.com
18th place from the Coney Island Warriors is FootyGuy13, a simmer, the man responsible for these beautiful graphics tonight and the creator of the famed Mobbs Medal Predictor which is scarily accurate.
From the start, you knew this guy was going to be something special, he's extremely sharp and that was obvious before he even played a single game when he absolutely destroyed then admin Ant Bear with some facts and logic.
From his clever statistical work, meticulous preparation of the live ladder and Fred leaderboard at the end of the season Footyguy adds immense value to the league.
His Mobbs Medal predictor successfully predicted that Omgfridge will win in Season 35 and this season he predicted it would be a three-way tie between Tonga Bob, Ljp86 and ant555. And this of course was pretty close with Bob winning and Ljp86 one vote off in runner up.
Clearly he's got the sim all figured out thanks to his big brain. You know this deserves a badge!

manangatang comes 17th with 451 votes in Season 36 but that's not what I'm focused on right now.
You're telling me that in the previous 3 seasons, there have been at least 21 posters in this league who are better than Manangatang?
In Season 33, there were 53 people who are better than Mang in the SFA? I don't think there are 53 people in the SFA who can string together a coherent sentence. I don't know 53 people in this league at any point in SFA history who know how to breathe automatically.. Are there even 53 people in this league who know how to communicate beyond one-line drivel and gifs?
That is truly a sign of the times.. to see a man of mang's stature languish in the same territory you expect to find PhenomenalV1.
Anyway, fortunately this season represents a return to sanity because Manangatang, the General Manager of Qooty Operations - a leader in the committee, the great organiser come All-SFA season, the man that has been immense in pulling together all the most crucial functions of the league like the Beez votes and the admin election votes has returned to the Top 20 of the Beez rankings to go with his Frankston Rover Award which is a license to disparage whoever he pleases.
All the while, bringing his trademark humour, creativity and wit to match threads, leading the most active club in SFA history - the Season 36 Mount Buller Delons have amassed over 20 individual contributors to match threads every week of the season and I'm pretty sure that has never been done before.
Great to see one of the true elites of the league return to form. Congratulations on 17th in the Beez Manangatang!
It's a travesty that BLUEALLTHRU didn't finish top 10.

Well this is truly a tale of persistence, I think that list of results tells a story alone. To be overlooked an stuck in the 21-40 range for 12 seasons one may begin to wonder will I ever lift myself out of this sea of mediocrity and join the truly great posters of the league?
Heck even The Half Back has gotten a few top 20 placings in the Beez, but not Phenom. Even with the introduction of his best work the SFAEW, he could never quite gain the traction he needed to break through that glass ceiling. But in Season 36 he's gone back to the well, made a thread about the Fred Medal, another season of SFAEW and Thursday night All-Star Qooty piggybacking off somebody else's successful thread concept.
I'd roast Phenom more about how two seasons of my average Beez vote count outpolls his entire Beez vote total, but this genuinely feel-good.
You should be proud of yourself PhenomenalV1, congratulations on 16th place in the S36 Beez!
