It sure looked like it. Particularly given he's started off slowly in matches and has come back to win when it goes to 5, not the other way around. Took it well though to his credit, didn't come across salty or anything despite having come runner-up three times now. Hard to hate on a bloke winning his first too.

Early days - have to get through the auditions first so it's a bit hit and miss. Never really warmed to the judging panel last season, so keen to see how it goes with Sandilands, Hines and Amy Shark. With SFA back on, it won't take much to give it the heave-ho and post instead though.
