I was seeing a girl many many years ago and her family, who had a woodfire pizza oven, used to have a weekly pizza night. Trestle tables set up with all the bases, sauces and toppings. Make your pizza and slide her in the oven.

Woodfire pizzas are the best Jerry, the best.

Not tomorrow no, I haven’t got a wood fired oven here but when hubby is home we do them in the webber. My sister has a wood fired one on her farm and yeah you can’t beat it.
