Those quick kicks forward from congestion were what put us in a position to win the game. A fair few of our midfielders were doing it when we had momentum.

Going to own up and say I was critical and cynical of some of you that were saying during the year that we were building for the finals series or latter part of the year and to be honest, I just didn't see it. We either won ugly, lost ugly, dropped games we should'nt have or crapped the bed on occasions but boy were some of you right - we look really good and in fact, better than any time of the year which has coincided with the coaches being daring and learning and like they say a lot in US sports - Believe and Belief.I think we are and we can.

We had a bad first quarter and were lucky Melbourne did not have a much bigger lead. Thank god for that
From then on we slowly got back in the game and were looking much better positioned at 3/4 time
Still had to get the job done which the boys did in the end
A great finals win the hard way.
This should give the group lots of confidence v Geelong next week

But conveniently, Ginnivan can chicken wing Danger last week, no one talks about it and the media keep it under wraps, Christian and the MRO miss it and then the media talk about it when the AFL does nothing about it and here we are Jerry will be scrutiized like no one else.

the pressure around the ground was good, but we made their defenders make many mistakes and htb etc. that was some great stuff by not just our smalls.
