Called in for the start of the Ashy vs Rockers game and the ground was an absolute disgrace!! Not sure how they were allowed to play there. Uninspiring game for the 1st half 3 goals to 2 when I left. Any update on the result?
Interesting to see the yarras beat skye without gun full forward jason alabakis who injured himself lifting massive weights during the week. Seen this guy play up in the country strong as an ox will kick plenty of sausage rolls this year.

Falling over a pretty average Ashwood isnt alot to hang your hat on but well done to them anyway. Hampton looked impressive on Friday night moving the ball well compared to Springvale very slow stop start style if it wasnt for Vassalo we would of had the years biggest upset already.

I hear that Walkers ex Keysy team mate was on the recieving end of a punch last w/e. Ryan Goodes (ex Clayton) jaw was broken behind play and Keysy have made a official complaint and are talking up maybe chatting to the cops.
Ryan Lonie (ex magpie ) also got king hit last W/E playing for the Frankston Bombers. I bit happening early.

underdone would be a better description
Most Clubs would be a bit underdone unless they have played at least 3 practice games... so thats no excuse they looked SOFT to me...
