Cheers Blac was a good win considering i was planning a week off to give my groins a rest but the boys were short was lucky enough to snag 2 goals from centre half forward i notice someone lied on the website to how many goals they kicked as they pinched one of mine bloody muzza..hehegood to see the yarras have another win!! puts mount back with us and dandy now. well done cow, big rich and co!

b/rock getting done today just about finalises the top 4. they're 2 games and a truckload of % behind 4th place, so it's hard to see them making it!
only question now is what order?

Yeah well done to the yarra boys probably would have beaten black rock if they didnt have so many of their 2's players in the one's. Bit like us black, just waiting to hear if mount played their c,d or e grade team against the yarra!

Cheers boys. Considering we lost 3 to the seniors before the match and only had 1 on the bench from mid way through the second quarter thought it was a great win by our boys. Building for next year already and promising signs for the future.
Not sure what grade of side Mount played against us

we probably had our worst team on paper playing on the weekend so it will mean nothing if they say they fielded a c,d,e team..

mate if you play for mount your an absolute disgrace, there was no luck in our win on the weekend, we were the better side on the day.

Was a great win by our boys. I overheard the Mount coach tell our coach after the game something along the lines of "so that's what happens when you want the ball." Probably right about the Black Rock game too, but still had a lot of players in the ones this week. If we beat the Navy boys we could finish ahead of Canterbury, Sandown and Cerberus which would be a fair achievement for us considering the way in which we started the year. Great to see it all coming together. We have a win against 5 of the other 8 sides, and hopefully will make it 6 if we knock off the Navy.

South Yarra were by far the better side on the day..
we were lucky to only lose by 12 points!.. should of been more if you compare how each side played.
they ran better, they were smarter around the stoppages and they were harder at the ball.
number 58 for the Yarra's (tall skinny guy with brown hair), he is really good, so quick and agile for a big guy, and he used the footy well.
We just couldn't match them on the day.
Hopefully this lose switches us back on for the rest of the season and we hopefully beat dandy next week.

some big games in the magoos this week!
skye v doveton- a win could move put us 3rd and keep us in with a chance of top 2 finish! won't be easy though, skye are beatable, but we need to lift our game big time to knock them off.
mount v dandy- hopefully dandy get up! if we lose to skye and finish 4th, i'd rather play mount in the finals than dandy!!

Now skye have blown it in the ones im tipping their twos will be full strength from now on in!
interesting thought.....
but the ones will still be at full strength so really it makes no difference, the side that runs out against doveton this week will be the same as it always is!!

don't associate this bloke with doveton!! some months ago i was told he was a dandy player, and to this moment i only know of 5 other blokes from our club that use this site!! always dropped isn't one of them!

Gee your a tough guy clown, they tell me you Duffton boy's have a club function and all you do is punch on with each other that's the sign of a club going places. I am now pretty sure you were dropped on your head at birth and please come back to me when you actually know me and have played as much footy as i have through out Australia lived in 4 states played senior footy in 4 states and even regional rep footy in my early 20's. Lets see how a person who cant even get a game with Doveton seconds can match that!....that is definatly all.
