If those 3 sides were to come across to SFNL they would have to go into Div 1.
I get the idea of not allowing sides to just start in the top division in the past, but Cranbourne, Narre Warren and Beaconsfield are a class above other sides that have come across.
They are well run, very well resourced clubs that would be far above the level of existing Div 2 clubs.
They would be a massive win for the league if they were able to attract them across but those clubs would most certainly say no if they had to start in Div 2.
