Could do. I think we’ll trade though, Richmond will be pleased getting 9 and 16.

Also it's very obvious that Richmond have told Shai not to nominate a club so they can get a bidding war going, similar to Jackson with Melbourne. The question is whether it will work in getting 9 and 10 out of Freo.
We have a history of caving so I expect it to be something like 9 and 10 with either 29 or a future 2nd coming back, will be pleasantly surprised if it's for 9 and 16
All the right noises being made to maximise richmonds return
Thank you for sharing. What you seem to have failed to understand is, if he does end up at West Coast, your club has accepted unders.
Despite your endless drivel re WA clubs being bent over WCE do not have the draft capital to get it done.
If it does happen, you have received unders and WCE have decimated their draft hands for another 2yrs (Tim Kelly says hi).
Settle down RamboTough shit, it's what you're getting and what you'll accept.
Significant salary will be involved as well. Not pointing at you, but I'm not sure why people keep missing it in their trades as it's almost the most obvious win-win part of the whole trade. Also it's very obvious that Richmond have told Shai not to nominate a club so they can get a bidding war going, similar to Jackson with Melbourne. Can you lend us that crystal ball when you are done?
Fair point, if it ends up 9 & 10 there would be a big chuck of salary involved.Significant salary will be involved as well. Not pointing at you, but I'm not sure why people keep missing it in their trades as it's almost the most obvious win-win part of the whole trade.
Trade period hasnt opened yet, has there actually been a reported stalemate?I reckon the stalemate is simply Richmond are pushing for 9 and 10 and Freo are offering 9 and 16. With Baker nominating West Coast I reckon Richmond are gonna push for 9 and 10 even harder now

WC won’t offer pick 3 for Bolton. They need young talentPick 3 > Pick 9 and 16
Pick 3 > Pick 9 and 16
Yep, hilarious reading all the nuffies on here start to tell us all how little Shai is worth to them now.Trade period hasnt opened yet, has there actually been a reported stalemate?
It will be 9 and 16 (which will probably blow out to 12 and 20 on draft night), unless Freo wants us to pay for some of his salary. In which case I could see it being 9 and 10 (12 and 13 on draft night).Bolton is definitely worth 3x 1st rounders now that I think about it.
Surely Freo are falling over themselves to give Richmond picks 9, 10 and 16 for him??
Would happily trade 9 for 17 and 18 and give them 16 to go along with it.Bolton is definitely worth 3x 1st rounders now that I think about it.

I hate to say it but I agree with Stallon on this one, Bolton is easily worth 3 × 1st rounders. It sucks because now we cant afford Baker who is also worth pick 3.Bolton is definitely worth 3x 1st rounders now that I think about it.

It's a bidding war remember? Why not 3 + F1 from West Coast?
I hope Bolton gets to Freo, as a Richmond fan I just don't think 9 & 16 is adequate, that's just my personal view.
I reckon that's where the stalemate is, Richmond asking for top 5 pick and another late 1st rounder, Freo offering 9 & 16. The deal is probably something in between, does it get there? Not sure but will be a good watch.
It'll all be fine unless he comes home and coasts like a Des HeadlandAnd as good as he is, his form this season isn't worthy of two firsts. He isn't on the same level as Neale. And is on massive $$.
I am expecting it to be 9 & 16. And that will sting a bit. 9 & 10 would more than sting. He would need to have multiple 50 goal seasons to come close to that value. Has he had one of those yet? Even in your killer sides?
I've seen firsthand what he can do, this year with the number of senior players wanting out, I think there is more to his form slump than just taking it on face value. And as good as he is, his form this season isn't worthy of two firsts. He isn't on the same level as Neale. And is on massive $$.
