Sick with #30 umpire anger

I think the hardest thing for umpires is keeping the game under control. Their purpose is not to find free kicks, but to ensure the game is played fairly by both sides. When one side is playing dirty and giving away the same number of free kicks (Collingwood EF) then they are simply not doing their job properly. Technical umpiring is only really neccessary early in the season so that players know what the rules are. After that they should be umpiring to keep the game fair, not to make sure every free kick that is "technically" there is paid.

Lets not act like crows supporters please.
Why is it unreasonable to want an umpire kicked out of the AFL who always without fail screws over non-Victorian clubs?

I hate blaming umpires for losses, but McInerney is a disgraceful umpire who loves creating controversy & getting his ugly mug on TV.

Your team got seriously screwed last Friday, I'm pissed off for you guys cos that bullshit happens to us too, quite a lot. Now we are good enough to absorb it - it will make you stronger!

According to most dictionaries, someone's occupation is their "main" line of work.
I'm talking about the real world, eg in Aust. tax returns you can have many occupations but you are required to list only your main occupation. Refer to p10 of the 2013 tax return instructions, point 1.

I think it maybe be time we built a bridge for this thread.

We could call it the McInerney Bridge.

And it will be the finest through arch bridge for three quarters of its construction and then for no apparent reason the remainder will be a suspension bridge, with half its labourers going home without pay...
