The problem is either that the coaches are incapable of implementing their game plan or they just don't see any issues with how we are playing at the moment. If the players cannot play the type of football required, do something different.
The players just seem disillusioned and deflated. You think every week after we get flogged that they will lift, but all it takes is a couple of goals and their heads are down again. As a group they need someone in charge who can motivate them. They might come out and say as a playing group that they are right behind Craigy, but on the field it's pretty clear they're not all that interested in playing for him.
