The problem is either that the coaches are incapable of implementing their game plan or they just don't see any issues with how we are playing at the moment. If the players cannot play the type of football required, do something different.

The players just seem disillusioned and deflated. You think every week after we get flogged that they will lift, but all it takes is a couple of goals and their heads are down again. As a group they need someone in charge who can motivate them. They might come out and say as a playing group that they are right behind Craigy, but on the field it's pretty clear they're not all that interested in playing for him.

I don't know if it's as much that they're not interested in playing for him, but rather that they have simply lost the belief that his game plan will win them matches. Either way, you're absolutely correct, they seem to have belief until the first time they're challenged, and then they just deflate and give up any hope of winning.

I suspect other teams now look at the draw, and mentally put a big "W" next to the Crows game. They run the risk then of starting slowly. If the Crows get in front, the opposition thinks "S**t! Time to pull the finger out!" They lift their work-rate and we just don't have the team at the moment that can lift and go with them.
