I think you hit the nail on the head when you said "at this early stage". I'm looking for a graduated build up and I think there is so much new at the club that it will take time for even the older heads to be become comfortable with the new set-up, likewise they will be pacing themselves. The great thing is that youth have no fear and it sounds like they are really attacking it.Seemingly the drive of the training group came from the new draftees and 2/3 year players. I just didn’t feel the level of leadership to drive standards from guys like Sicily was on show. My bias says this list is possibly top 8, to do it needs Mitchell O Meara and Sicily to take the group with them, not sure at this early stage it’s been evident.
