Already looking up on 2014 when i had cat 6!

I lodged my second two P1s pretty much at the cuttoff time. I reckon when I'm charged that should be the end of the wait for the p2s?

I didn't think time had anything to do with it. Thought it was randomised in each category.

I had Cat 4 on P1 in 2014, but I remember P2's getting Cat 3 ect. It is probably quite randomised.

Yes they go down Cat by Cat, that's what they mean by best available when your ballot comes up... and yes I'm pretty sure the allocation is 15k each.

I think in 2014 we were Cat 3-4 ish (stuck behind the behind post) and were priority 1 then too.
