Because Geelong are about the dead set favourites. They've played scintillating football finished ahead by 2 games, its hard to find fault with them when you compare their form coupled with the fact they have played well over & have over double the finals experience vs what our young team has.
That's driving the media narrative, and its a mainly VIC media narrative. I don't care. It doesn't mean we can't win.

I think it benefits us to be underdogs not expected to win and have the media attention on Geelong.
I think we will play better than if we were playing Brisbane and expected to win easily. And have the media telling us all week how dominant we will be and what a great side we are.
