As baffled as I am that we didn't appeal the tribunal's decision on Parker, I'm looking forward to seeing how the midfield goes without its most constant staple.
I wasn't convinced by Heeney's game against Carlton (anyone who has watched Cripps this year will know...), however I really hope it is indicative of something greater there. He looked really good feeding the ball out to the likes of Warner & Gulden.
I'm also expecting Papley will see increased minutes in the midfield, which I'm not typically a huge fan of but I think his style could trouble St Kilda's heavier, more defensive mids like Crouch, Steele, Ross etc. Hawthorn's quick ball use out of the middle gave them absolute headaches a few weeks ago.
Which then leaves, presumably, one of Stephens or Sheldrick. Huge week for whoever gets picked, as they're unlikely to get an opportunity for inside time like this again for some time. Hope whoever gets it grabs it with both hands.
As for the rucks... just try not to let Marshall do whatever he wants!
