Hickey follow ups is what made him so crucial and important to us in 2021.

Unfortunately without his second efforts on the ball he doesn't offer anything.

Its really annoying our ruck situation does my head in giving our rivals perfectly good ruckman past seasons and keeping injury prone battlers.

I thought Hickey was really good against Carlton. Not just in the ruck where he showed he is still far and away better than Stretch (unsurprisingly of course, but Hick's experience makes a huge difference) but I loved that up forward he was effective in getting to dangerous spots as well. Showed he can be useful as a forward as well as still being a good ruck presence too.
