If the rumours about splitting the training and offices is correct, this would be an interesting spot for the office location. Lots of space there for a new building. Could do a lot with the area.

After years of being “the good guys” and seen as pushovers off the field. having Lethers has changed the whole dynamic. Don’t think I’ve seen someone come into a basket case club and just get sh*t done like he has.
