Can't see why they would put Sidebottom in the centre yet take him out last minute for.

The guys on the extended bench are the ones that on knifes edge, not Sidebottom.

Does anyone know whats the rule/penalty for late inclusions is if any? For example if Higgins was to come in. More out of curiousity than anything else.

i'm under the belief that a small fine occurs for a player that is included in the side not from the emergency list. however since higgins is listed as an emergency, if declared one hour before the game included into the side, no penalty occurs

i think this is correct or close enough to it. anyone who knows this better, feel free to help out
