That doesn't really line up with any of the information that was released about the period of time required for the treatment to be completed and for him to recover properly.

Given the response of cancer treatments can differ from person to person, it could be that the original time frame given was just the average length of treatment for most cases using that method, or even an over estimate just in case. It's possible given they caught it early and his otherwise good health that he has responded very well to the treatment and beaten it sooner than most would.

Of course this is all just speculation. Hopefully it is the case though.

Rough is such an underrated player, which is strange because he is rated very highly. Genuine KPF, competent ruck, excellent clearance mid in limited use, great link player between the arcs, great defensive relief when needed. Going by all that, other than the ruck and midfield, he was a great role model for Jack Gunston. Get well big fella, I hope the footy world gets to see you run out again in the not too distant future
