It's also 2nd and 3rd hand information. We all know how high school dynamics work. I'm not saying he's innocent but I would also say it's probably not as bad as described.
Teenagers will teenage and I'd expect him to grow up. Especially in a strong culture environment which west coast seem to have cultivated since the mid 2000's
