Last week I remember reading a stat that Witherden was only the 14th player in VFL/AFL history to play his first 4 games all with 20+ disposals.

I'd assume his 5th game in a row with 20+ disposals has narrowed it down even more.

Regardless, if I described the way he has performed in his first 5 weeks to you all 6 weeks ago you'd have assumed it was some sick fantasy, but no, it's real.

Our 2016 draft will be looked back on as a huge one I think. Love all 4 of our picks.

Clugga, Berry, Withers and Cox looks at this stage to be a handsome haul of talent.

We're probably going to end up with similar pick numbers in the 2017 Draft so let's hope we can nail those too. If we do, we should be doing some serious contending within 2-5 years.

Rockliff played a really selfless team role and did it very well. Unfortunately for him taggers don't get $800k per year.

Cox and Clugs are the class we have needed and haven't had since Aker

Berry will be that big bodied mid we have needed.

Robbo comes back in, we are a better side with him. And if you say we aren't he'll nut ya.

Really liked Walker continuity is helping him

Amazingly before yesterday we'd played six of our seven home games against the current top 8 teams (Freo the only exception).

We're 2/2 playing the bottom 10 teams at home; and we've got three more of those to come.

Great chance to add to the tally and take some real belief into this off-season.
