WHAT A PERFORMANCE

That was absolutely awesome, I've always liked Grasso but I didn't think she had it in her.

She cracked Shevchenko in the first round and I knew it was going to be a long night for her. Amazing performance.

Yeah, great spot. I just had another look on a laptop you can very easily see the ship poking out of the water.

I’ve spent a lot of time down there, my sister lives just a short walk away. When I was younger you could swim out and spend some time sunbathing on the deck, I’ve also dived in and around it. Of course now it’s had a lot of work done over the years to try and save it and it’s protected as it should be.

Swimming out and lounging around was big when I was a young guy. Elwood had the dolphin, a wooden platform out off the lifesaving club. It was destroyed by neglect and storms over the years then briefly replaced with something they anchored there for a few summers.

It’s a great spot and I’m told the cerberus beach house does some very good fish and chips these days.

I was watching a replay of her fight against Lauren murphy recently and was surprised how predictable she was. It was a ridiculously one sided affair but she couldn‘t finish her off, I can remember thinking you’re ripe for the taking.

She just looked stiff today, Grasso did a good job at finding her range early and got in and out really well. The way she took her back for the submission was unbelievable though.

Was a pretty good card overall. Garbrandt was boring but the others I wanted to watch delivered. Bo Nickal is going to be a problem and Jon Jones cements himself as the greatest.

Highly recommend the fish and chips, plus the meal upstairs at the restaurant.
To live your best life, pick a warm summer evening.
Start with some cleansing ales at the Black Rock Yacht Club (visitors welcome but only open Thursday through Sunday), then walk the 100m or so to the restaurant.
Watch the sunset while scoffing oysters and sipping a cold Pinot Gris.

Try to avoid the cantankerous old farts who complain about the tourist riff raff.
(They might look like me but I was never there, Constable).

Used to be popular to dive into , but the hull got real nasty and rusty eventually.

She did a great job for the whole fight, I think the only downside was getting stood up (in the 2nd?). I think that was a bit rough given there was still a bit happening on the ground.

The ending was insane, but Grasso seemed to handle herself very well defensively while on the ground. She really impressed me, I've followed her from the start of her UFC career and thought she had no chance against Shevchenko today.

Low-key want to see him fight Ngannou just for the sake of it. Obviously won't be UFC sanctioned but it would be great to see it. Nobody else left for him to fight after Stipe. Pavlovich probably, that'd be a good fight.
