In an attempted to thwart your attempts at ruining my debut coaching season, there will be changes coming. i need to do my part to stop you all from being terrible.

What if we are naturally terrible and resistant to change.... ?

Another loss, another relatively poor performance. The wet weather didn't help, but it does appear we are struggling. 3KZ is Football is still consistently flying the middle and Allikat and JackNah_8 on the wings supporting well. Mooch finally found his kicking boots with 4. Reardo at the other end shut down The Filth Wizard who was shunted out the forward, in a smart tactical move. But with only 8 players cracking 10+ possessions and only 1 getting more than 15, we are struggling to get our hands on the ball.

A Complete 180 from our on field form, out match thread form is fantastic. 16 posters. Great engagement, fun and funny. It really makes me happy to see people enjoying themselves in our threads. TedDougChris and Mobbs agains flying the RFFC flag. We might be losing, but we seem to be enjoying it!

Activity based on consistency of turning up rather than post number quantification (if that's a word) after Round 4.
Now into Round 4 we get to see the ebbs and flows of the team as people float in and out for various reasons. With a more developed, evolved and worldy wise player list such as the Roys can boast, we are more affected by rl challenges and the undulations/pendulations are likely to show that.

Our one failing was to have 60% of the posts on the match thread against the Royals, but with a thread total much lower than has been the recent norm, the percentile is not a good representation this time around. It was difficult to keep post numbers sensible, granted the Al's were a serene and laidback mob, but they brought their best posters and created a lot of fun. Considering our posts in numbers was a season low (by 100), the ratio can be ignored and the round should still be considered a success.

To the team: you are the best. You post plenty but you don't post too much. You provide far and away the best content. Investment, immersion and involvement are synonyms for the Roys activity. We have a history of being the best quality contributors to the match threads since our second coming in Season 11, and nobody else looks like heading us anytime soon. Your style and grace and wearing of Dior is a delight to be a part of. Thank you all for making this weird alternate world an absolute pleasure in which to partake.

GORILLA OF THE WEEK

This week our award goes to the only Roy that has actually had the decency to turn up every week so far in our remarkable undefeated season. The player is a total phenom. Even during the week he can be seen running down the flanks as a way to warm up for the weekends match. He's the fastest gorilla we've ever had and doesn't seem to be slowing down. This season, he's been in our top 3 on field performers every week, and last week he was #1.
3KZ is Football is our gorilla of the week. He collected 19 possession, a team highest, in our unfortunate victory against the Royals. He put his head down and gets to work every week. 3KZ is the ONLY Roy currently safe from my wrath, because he is carrying this team.
