I blame Griffen, once you accept the captaincy you take the responsibility to show leadership. He failed to do that.

- not monitoring his welfare after the decision was made. Who was responsible for this failure?
- Why wernt the problems at the club addressed 3 months ago? We heard that problems existed but nothing was done to correct the problems until the shyte well and truley hit the fan. Who is responsible for this situation escalting to this point? Until we adress the original problems we are stuffed.
