The second life thing is only in relation to lynches. Needing two shots is a result of the captain not being able to protect the same teammate consecutive nights. A lucky hit on the captain today and we can deal with him straight up.
Yeah that's what I mean. It's either two lynches or two SK hits. SK is more likely to hit a villager on a random pluck, so I think it's better to use their kills there.

What's the chance we lynch the captain today?
 
It’s not like we can’t subsequently take the lynch option though.

If it’s a numbers and intel thing to go earlier on him then sure, but that’s two day phases down the drain where we could be hunting bigger fish who may themselves have night immunity.
Also allows potential for evil to kill other unprotected evil knowing that dero is using up the protect.

I said in the absence of a better target. Not going to lynch a random villager/good role when we can use up the Lt extra life and it’s done for. Him having two lives with an unknown protect is bad news.

The only crappy thing is DERO was Day 1 lynch last game, too :(

TBF both times I was evil. The interesting part here will be who is lines up second today and that the day is wasted. I won't be going anywhere.
 
Looking at the zombie rules, it looks a lot like every zombie gets to eat brains every night, and there's no way to stop zombie brain eating. There will currently be 3 zombies. Tomorrow there could be 6. Game could be over before we finish with Dero :D

i think TheWizardMelon would be a very attractive zombie recruit - he has it all!

If that's the case there would need to be some kind of mechanism for finding zombies. 3 kills and a lynch feels insufficient, especially when one of those kills is easy to get rid of.

Wonder if someone bitten who dies the same night shows as a zombie or any clue they were bitten?

seer is important as it will list zombie status plus original role

lots of roles to begin the game but as they get turned those actions stop working

wonder how that will play out in faction PMs

also no mention if the zombies have a PM like vamps would or not

If the zombies were in a PM together it's be 3, 6, 12, done, so let's assume they're all competing for food.

Interesting. Doc protects against all night actions and Army medic only protects against kills. Doc can protect peoples brains!

Which version of protect do JOAT, Drunk and Flogs have Nothing ?

They all protect against brain munching.
