If Chol is uncomfortable with it, it needs to stop. Immediately. Not something that should be tolerated anywhere. Something similar happened to me (30 year old man) in a pub last year and I still feel awkward about it.

This is a close knit football team you pelican. Not some drunk who has groped a girl in a nightclub as he lines up for his vodka cranberry.
He hasn’t complained. He’s been in the media since, and has spoken glowingly about the playing group. Do you think Vlaust and and Short did what they did knowing that Chol doesn’t see the funny side of it, and that it’s a joke?

A huge amount of victims of sexual assault never complain... That's not a sign that it's fine. Just because Vlaust and Short may think its a joke, doesn't mean Chol does. Joel Wilkinson's teammates probably thought it was a joke when they did it to him, years later and it still greatly upsets him.
