Harmes certainly isn’t Dunkley, but he’s a defensive mid which we’ve desperately needed since Dunkley left.

Team is unbelievably better, the outs all had a negative effect on our team (not realy raak)

The ins all have a positive effect on our team,

the time for us to win is now and don't see players going to other clubs that I want

Power has done very well ,it's easy to say this or that deal was overs but the positions he's been in haven't always been the easiest and he's done what he's had to do for the best of the club in my eyes.

Our main midfield trio, Bont Libba and Treloar, played most games this year. Bont 23, Libba 21, Treloar 19. With Libba and Treloar over 30, we can’t count on them being our stalwarts all year every year.

Wing and Forward pocket( instead of half forward) rotations

Play Caleb off the bench as a wing half back half forward, he's a perfect player to be the utility, runs all day and can kick

Not bad. Macrae almost couldn’t play midfield this year. Maybe was carrying something. Maybe he was cooked. Wouldn’t mind seeing west edge him out and having Macrae sub it

I actually think Macrae resting in the forward pocket would be good he reads the play well won't get in everyone's way and his neat disposal will set up others

I didn’t think he was a liability in his different role. We were just missing prime Macrae in his old role. So yeh agree.

I’d say one of Libba and Harmes has to be in each stoppage next year. And if one is injured then West has to step up.
