Hello Eagles fans!

The embedded resources below are kept up to date by the trade board mods (as much as possible – we are human after all). Enjoy!

Keys you may like to sticky this post & move it to the start of the thread (so the sticky post doesn't rotate if a post is deleted before it), or copy it to your draft thread if you have one.

My wife goes for long runs. I try and catch up on sleep usually. Then wake up, get all families lunches ready, try and squeeze in kids piano practice, water veggie patch, drop kids at school, go to work... Rinse and repeat.

My sons basketball game is 7:30am start on Saturday. My daughters usually 12:30pmm in the same place. * that's annoying!!!
Roses and veggie garden, water when I get home from work. Thank *** the daughters swimming is 9:30am on a Sunday.

My wife won’t let me near the kitchen, unless it’s to do dishes.

BTW if you're using a Garmin device (which looks like the case as you're showing Garmin Connect there), there is already an activity for 'Walking' built-in on all of the newer watches/trackers - I often use it as a means to track when playing basketball and football so that it doesn't screw up with my run and bike data.
I’ve got a Garmin headset mount on my bike. I’ve never been able to wear a watch (or jewellery) so it’s only phone fitness app that tracks my walking. That’s ok, because I’m not trying to set any records or anything, and have two standard circuits that are 10km+ each, so monitoring the distance isn’t a problem either.

briztoon better not be one of those w***ers up here that keep chipping at me to do the Alpine Classic... ;)

Besides, everyone already knows repeat stair sprints provide better returns for endurance and power output than cycling in far less time anyway.
That sounds like my chiro. I’ll let him know you’re interested on Thursday. He’s a Swans supporter though.

I have an uncle who owns a property at Coonabarabran and breeds Brangus. His beef is probably better.

The Brangus breeder from Coona, I think I recall reading an article on him in AgLinks last year.

Brangus are more temperamental but turn off earlier and are a bit heavier than Angus, so he would get better yields.

However they are a bit tougher to eat but are a more robust breed.
Whereas, Angus has better fat scores and the marbling quality’s are superior.

So I doubt his beef is better, very good mind you, but not better.

I do recall the article about your uncles breeding program, it was impressive.

I can’t remember his Christian name but his Surname , now that was way easier to remember it’s Cunnis and I thought that was fitting as his surname, was like his cattle was, neither one thing nor another.

I do all the cooking. I can't fix anything around the house but at least I can cook pretty much anything she asks for.
Garden and pool. The extent of my husbandly (household) abilities.

I cook for myself mostly, I'm currently on a diet so it's just easier if I do it myself.

Also, my wife hates it when I go through her food items. She's Thai and they're a bit more 'lax' when if comes to food safety than I am. I was a restaurant manager for 10 years, so I throw everything out after 3 days and if it's been sitting out longer than 4 hours, even if it's probably fine. I think she's finally learnt to be more mindful, even if it's probably not really necessary.

Sounds like you've got him broken in mate.

Was pretty useless as a key forward and wingman too.
