From Paige's mock draft, would prefer Lovell to Cuningham and Hardwick (or Skinner) to Clark, but if we pick up Rioli, it's unlikely we'll take 2 small/med forwards. Cuningham's highlights on the AFL site is pretty good though, so wouldn't mind it if we took him instead of Lovell.
Most probably the worst mock draft I have seen so far.
They also have us taking 5 players despite the club confirming we'll only use 3 picks.

23. West Coast – Riley Bonner

Looks like a great kick off both feet, very outside though don't think he won his own ball once!
an attacking defender that could move on to a wing. Gaff was like that and only improved in his contested footy in the last 18 months.

Would love to take a punt on this guy as a small forward in the rookie draft

Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti:

Better known as 'Tippa' around the club, the Tiwi local joined Essendon VFL in 2013 after impressing for the Gippsland Power in the TAC Cup. Tippa is an excitement machine, with his speed, strength and tenacity on the field sure to be a highlight of the game. After missing out on the draft last year, Tippa will surely be grateful for another chance to prove himself at the AFL level.

“It’s a great reward for all the hard work that he has put in over the past couple of years.”

Kids going well.
Lost a lot of weight:

Haven't read her mock draft this year but have read it in previous years. In the past she seems to mostly identify prospects good points and overemphasize them and really under emphasize their bad points making them all seem like future super stars. Saying that I noticed last draft that a heap of them knew her and she had particular favorites so feeling like she knew them personally could hinder her saying anything negative.
Emma Quayle and Cal Twomey both seem reliable/objective in reference to the players strengths and weaknesses.

For the Lovell haterz saying he 'hellicopters like Rosa'

# 45 Port Adelaide - Kieran Lovell (Tas / 174cm / 79kg)

Will be really interesting to see where Kieran lands in the draft but it deserves to be relatively high. Just a really smart footballer who knows how to hunt the footy , get it and then distribute it. Really does have a lot of footy IQ as they say. Adept at winning the ball inside and staying poised through traffic to make good decisions. He is equally as good at getting on the outside and distributing it and he tested better than I thought he would for kicking. Physically he presents well. Has some acceleration, tests well for endurance and agility. Got a body that will allow him to play Rd 1. In terms of confidence around him being a good solid footballer it would have to be pretty high. Clubs bigger issue is probably more likely what is his ceiling? They will also ask can he play another role. Think Sam Mitchell for mine.

Why: They will know what they are getting with this kid. He is a terrific player.

A recycled draft profile, must be legit.

Sam Mitchell is ELITE on both side of his body by hand and foot, with incredible vision.

Lovell is neat/average by foot. I Lovell playing someone like Masten's role, just running around and distributing the ball.

James Parsons is probably one that is underrated. 189cm wingman with great speed and skills. Surprised he is not rated higher and I'd be happy with him for our first pick.

Looks like he has a lot of potential, great height and very long arms, backs himself and does some really nice cut throughs. Kicking is a bit off but can tidy it up. Reminds me a bit of Sheppard with a bit more dare/dash.

James Parsons (24)

Eastern Ranges/Norwood

Height: 189cm

Weight: 85kg

Parsons is not a huge ball winner, but what he does with it is deadly. He’s one of the best kicks in this draft class. He plays through half forward, but clubs may see him as a big bodied midfielder in the future.

"NAB AFL Academy member who has elite speed and his long kicking is a feature of his game. His performance against Vic Country in game one was the highlight of his five matches at the NAB AFL U18 Championships."

He's only 17, looked it in the U18 Champs vid. Could be the Duggan of last year.
