As it stands right this second I would be wanting to see a more professional display from him on a consistent basis before considering parting ways with 2 x 1st rounders.

Look at Dan Rioli as case in point. Despite wanting to move clubs, still busted his ass for us and won our B&F.

No team would be able to match both our $$$ and picks if its in 2026
but if its this year then we would be paying through the nose and will take both our 1st rounders plus possibly next years

I don't think the club should chase him, but it's the clubs decision. If Harley wanted to come here ofc you are not going to say no, but I don't think he is type of player we should actively be going after.

In before Matty Clarke trades us Reid for Kmac and a 3rd while picking up some of his contract.

He obviously has talent but complete FIGJAM and work rate is terrible. He can be the most talented bloke out there but until the penny drops then he plays on a guy like Rowell or Touk who Rowell him all day outside the odd highlight due to gut running.

In a lot of ways if WCE know he wants to go, they are better off doing it this year with more contract tied to him for a higher price to be paid.

Same as us with Bolton and Rioli.

I actually think we are very well placed to have a fair crack at this if we wanted to.

I would say though we must keep 1 of our 1st rounders from this year. We can't with both. Would have to be futures as well.
