This years draft is the one where its extremely deep and the quality between 10-30 is extremely close
Next year is very light on after #5 from whats being reported and the draft watchers are all saying Richmond has done well to go so deep in this year.

There are 2 extremely good players that are looking like going 1 & 2 next year in Archie Ludowyke & Dyson Sharp
With the group of kids we get this year and the 2 boys in 2025 we would just about have 10 top end kids in 2 years

Very very exciting
Priority pick next year, surely

It’s hilarious… muppets suggesting Pickett and Bolton comparable in trade value ….

Last 2 x seasons (so NOT including Bolton’s AA year):

Disposals:
Pickett: 12
Bolton: 19.3

Goals:
Pickett: 1.65
Bolton: 1.5

Goal Assists:
Pickett: 0.8
Bolton: 0.7

CL:
Pickett: 1.4
Bolton: 3.5

I50:
Pickett: 2.8
Bolton: 4.6

Coaches votes:
Pickett: 54
Bolton: 82

SI:
Pickett: 5.7
Bolton: 6.3

Bolton has played in a 13th then bottom team. Pickett a top-4 then 12th.

We are talking players of completely different quality…. it’s not even close.

Well, might have been different if there was one more flag in the offing. But he seemed happy enough with Richmond in his retirement speech.
Part of 2.
Seeing his son(s) pull on a Tiger jumper would be motivation for me

sorry sir i mean i think we will get 8 for baker and we can trade 8 and 23 for pick 3 and then we can get fos and jagga !!!
Not far enough mate, If you don't bet your life that Baker will come back to us when we make our flag run; don't let the door hit you on the way out.

I have no info, but he is a young kid at 190cm and 21 years old that has played 30 games. If they keep Fyfe, then I can imagine he may want out for opportunity.

Again, I have NFI if we have any interest - Or if he is any good in the WAFL

I liked the look of him in his draft highlights but that 5th column from the left concerns me, another Dow.

We're only interested in picks.
If they also want Pickett then they may have to go down a players & f1 path.

7 is too many in 1 year IMO.
I'd hope we will push 1/2 into next year somehow.
We could even do that draft night.
I have a theory; If we take 7 kids in top 30 this year, we will essentially create a GWS lite scenario. If all the kids come on and can fit in a 22 perfect. If not and they need opportunity then even better. We will end up in a position where we are trading out the kids for high draft picks in the future. The only thing that won't keep it going infinitely is that we dont get academy kids
