Cerra is getting 3 touches a game more whilst playing a free game where Graham is playing a more defensive mid game/role

The point i was making is the there is very very little difference in output and this is player we got for pick #53
Cerra is a top 5 pick and freo supporters talking about 2 x 1st rounder.

Graham has also played in 3 premiership sides in the past 4 seasons, while Cerra has had 4 years for a woeful Freo with a woeful midfield.

And now do the same comparison with Tom Green who everyone is wetting their pants over. I'm more prepared to give up a 1st rounder and 600k for Cerra than Green as Cerra is something that we haven't got and Green is a taller version of Graham or RCD. What does Green do that a cheaper Graham or RCD can't?

The right is Tom Green. It’s a dumb comparison because Cerra has 50 games on Green. If you compare Cerra and Green at the same age, Green has him easily covered.

They're both players that the majority of people on here would prefer the club targets at the end of this season. Who cares who has played the most games so far in their career, because when you look at their career numbers the difference isn't that great overall.

As mentioned above we've got players who do the Tom Green role, we don't have many smooth moving hybrid types who can both win their own footy and also use it well when out in space.

LOL what do you mean who cares how many games they’ve played? That’s like comparing Matt Rowell with Seb Ross and saying you’d prefer Ross because his numbers are mostly better. Stats need context. Cerra is further advanced in his career. At the same age, Green is statistically superior. He also has stronger midfield competition at GWS. He is by far the better prospect, despite your woeful attempt at convincing us otherwise.

Cerra. Stats are misleading, especially in a "system based" team like ours.

Cerra passes the eye test to me.

The good news is though, we actually do have Graham. The point is, it would be better to have both

We'd be better off trading someone in than persisting with a cooked Astbury.

But your comparison was stupid and misleading. Like I said, you could do the same with Rowell and Seb Ross and everyone is going to take Seb Ross. All you’ve done is try to manipulate people into picking Cerra over Green using cherry picked statistics.

And no, all I was doing was pointing out at the same age Green is statistically superior to Cerra, which further highlights the ridiculousness of your comparison.

I really can’t see it.
I’m not saying he’s a dud just saying I wouldn’t be paying a player like him 700k over 4 years.
You have better players on significantly less at our club who have taken unders to accomodate Lynch and Dusty.

If we get him it won't be for 700k.He'd know that already and if declares he wants to come to us it'll be for less.

JGTI? Bolton is usually pretty good going inside 50. Lambert is usually reliable
