I don't think we end up with either of Hopper or Taranto. My gut feel is that Hopper will go to Geelong and Taranto to the Pies.

It also depends on how long we've been into him tooDepends on what he wants out of his career. Crows aren't competing anytime soon and who knows how this camp stuff coming out has affected the players views on the club
Depends on degoey and grundy. Pies can't keep them both and add mcstay, hill and taranto. I can't see Grundy wanting to go to GWS and them taking on his huge contract.I don't think we end up with either of Hopper or Taranto. My gut feel is that Hopper will go to Geelong and Taranto to the Pies.
How’d I forget about Dusty?! That’s a ****ing good forward lineimagine the goat getting the 4th defender and cummers getting the 5th,delicious
He’s too old now. Tigers wouldn’t even consider it for a second imoI come in peace
Given the comments above about needing another inside mid how would trading out ure Pick 19 for Tom Mitchell and our 3rd round pick and we pay all of his contract in 2023 sit with you all?
Will this be preferable or would u prefer trading pick 10 for Hopper or Taranto and paying all of their contract moving forward ?
We are in no position to be recruiting average 30 year olds woth early picks. Hard pass.I come in peace

Getting Fogarty would spell curtains for Jack. No way you could play both. Too slow, and would play the same role.Hopefully Taranto!
Fogarty would be a great get, a good foil for Lunchy. Imagine Jack as the third tall for one year.
He's of interest to us. Required player.Would assume Graham would be someone of interest to the crows

There's some chance. Walker gets an extension, they're invested in Thilthorpe, and they have Gollant and Himmelberg. I feel one of Himmelberg or Fogarty will leave, whichever one, we should be into. There’s no chance at all he leaves to come to Vic imo.
Pick 19 for a 30-year-old crab. Pass.I come in peace

Nah, he's slimmed down a lot and gained some pace. I can see it working. Gives Bauer another year to come good before Jack retires.Getting Fogarty would spell curtains for Jack. No way you could play both. Too slow, and would play the same role.

This isn't even close. It'd be like us coming on your board and saying "how would you feel about trading us Josh Ward for a third rounder?".I come in peace

I was just using it to show how one-eyed your trade suggestion is ... chiefGeez what a comparison. All the best chief

Yeh everyone has there own definition to one-eyed. All the best coppaI was just using it to show how one-eyed your trade suggestion is ... chief
The reality is his value is all time low and going for an early pick is fanciful at best.Yeh everyone has there own definition to one-eyed. All the best coppa
a pick that will end up being 21 after father son nga isn’t that early and somewhat speculative. In my hypothetical we will take his full contract so u get him for free in 2023 and can use the money on other players to fill ure list. It has some merit.. just a thought all goodThe reality is his value is all time low and going for an early pick is fanciful at best.
I’ve seen enough on the main board from people stating Dusty is worth a token trade at best at his age.
If that’s what the footy public genuinely think then Mitchell is worth next time nothing.
Can see where you’re coming from but wouldn’t do it personallya pick that will end up being 21 after father son nga isn’t that early and somewhat speculative. Unfortunately for the Hawks, you guys are stuck with him. I can't see any club trading for a very slow inside mid who whilst great at getting a clearance is basically too one dimensional for how football is played these days.a pick that will end up being 21 after father son nga isn’t that early and somewhat speculative. Fair point about not prioritising centre clearances. The earlier posts in this thread had looking for an inside mid. So I made the suggestion. PeaceUnfortunately for the Hawks, you guys are stuck with him. Remember, Richmond prioritise centre clearance probably the least out of the entire competition - we'd be the last club looking at him now.
We prioritise centre clearances and are actually pretty good at it, it’s clearances around the ground we don’t prioritise.Unfortunately for the Hawks, you guys are stuck with him.
