Just look at the final that Brisbane beat us in, they hud the ruck go down early, Nank dominated both hitouts and clearance but Brisbanes midfield still manages to compensate and win the game
A strong midfield can mitigate having a weak ruck department, look at what it 2017 season and it’s more proof of that

The only thing Nank dominated wàs on the stats sheet. Grabbing the ball out of the air unopposed resulting in either scrubbing the ball anywhere but our advantage or handballing straight to that gerbil Lachie Neale is not what I'd define as domination.
