Could pissibly still nab him with 12 (Baker)?
Yeah if we can get a pick that good for Baker.

Saw a phantom before that had us doing Rioli to GC trade and we grabbed Langford and Armstrong. We took Smith at 1. Lalor went pick before Langford.

On highlight videos, Sid Draper looks easily the best! He has the most poise, doesn't make mistakes, explosive at the contests, makes good decisions and overall MAKES THINGS HAPPEN. Looks like a number 1 pick to me.
Still a bit to play out, but going on videos, he is a clear cut above the rest currently.
if only they did blunder videos just to taper expectations.

watched the VFL game with jagga and his disposals were very average but then again the weather was ass

And how exactly would that have helped us get an extra top 3 pick this year?
Eagles wanted our 2023 1st from GWS (pick 8) for their F1 (currently pick 3) because they were keen to get Curtain.
If we didn't trade it and instead traded it to WC we would have picks 1 and 3

Phantom Draft has Gold Coast trading pick 8 & 11 for Daniel Rioli. Richmond draft:

1 Jagga Smith
8 Harvey Langford
11 Harry Armstrong

And Livingston is clearly all aboard the plan
Said Meehan is the best in the business 🤣
And what exactly do you think he should say, given he’s a fellow staffer at the club? That he’s no good and killed our season????
They will all toe the party line until they review all club operations at the end of the season and make decisions for the future from there

Unless Dimma is a secret double agent surely there's no way in hell they give up 2 picks that high for a 28 year old hbf.
Step 1: Lock Dimma and GC recruiting team in small room
Step 2: Dimma has to light up the devil's lettuce.
Step 3: ??????????
Step 4: Profit

What he did say was something along the lines of "yeah some of the injuries have been bad bad luck, but we want to get better at managing soft tissue injuries".

I'd say that's as candid of an admission of failure as he'd be able to give publicly. If Meehan does manage to survive, it will be with some help brought in in the rehab space imo.
