maybe but you gotta risk to win, essendon are being pig-headed and are trying to get us to use up our PSD pick as they have the one after.

Johnsthan Giles could be a tiger tomorrow, bombers would have secure to that for us if they want any other better picks, remember you read it here first on Friday about Johnathon Giles. Trying to secure Ed curnow as well, if houli goes into the psd then forget the other player that's why it depends on what happens tomorrow. They want Foley bad we don't want to part with him unless it's right.

I don't beleive foley will go anywhere.

Pick 11 means more to Richmond than Geelong due to where our list is at.

Both clubs would be crazy not to pursue it and the Tigers could add something to spice it up even if we assisted Geelong getting players from other clubs.

It is too important for Geelong and Richmond not to make it happen I think!

I agree but if there are massive question marks over his body, this in all likelihood would be picked up by the medics of the club trading for him and his value would drop.

Anything less than a top 10 pick is stupid even to consider... Why would we trade out one of our premier mids who is about to peak for an 18yo mid who will take 2-3 years to develop??

A minimum of 2-3 years to develop and from 2012, therefore 4-5 years before any benefit. The delayed draft picks make more sense for clubs further along the development curve, and who would expect to be top 4 in 2012,or on the slide and will be at the start of a full rebuild. Neither of which is us.

The rumour about Jacobs is false a deal will be struck tomorrow, if it first then we might have a chance but there has been no under hand tactics on our behalf, we do have a target in the psd.
