The positive is that it'll take a good fighter really turning it on to dethrone her. The negative is, we're going to get some pretty rough title fights until that happens.

Strickland just wastes no unnecessary energy, all that sparring means he’s calm in the pocket, plus he makes his opponent miss and waste their energy, seems easy ha ha
