Johnny how come your boys only had 18 players on the track yesterday? Also i saw one player off the ground after half time standing there having a dart. Someone said he just threw it in and said he couldnt be bothered anymore, is that true or just bulsh*t floating around?

Complete and utter bull dust mate. Injuries hit St Bedes pretty hard during the game, as well as a few bloke pulling out at the last minute, ended up a very undermanned side come the end of the game.
But its no lie that some of the boys enjoy a sin stick every now and then.

Must admit Bedes were undermanned, but in saying that. I think Bedes were always going to stretched on the bigger ground. They almost stopped after 3/4 time. Even their better midfielders were just buggered. They did put together a good showing considering they were undermanned though.

Playing with 15 on any size ground is going to bugger the whole team, trying to fill those holes requires more effort than normal. A full team could definitly run the game out comfortably, not saying the result would be any different tho. But yeah, its hard to finish a game when covering for 3 missing positions

They had 2 less players and that just left them without forward pockets... in saying that i dont think the result would hav been different anyway either.

hampton beat ajax by 10 goals, they were up by 45 at quater time, and then got abit complacent. should have beaten them by 15 goals maybe more

must take my hat off to the haileybury boys. i hope they knock ova ajax next week which i feel they will so they can be a genuine contender. smashing monash 2day could very well face them in an elimination in 2 weeks time. Mazenod with an ugly win today, just going through their paces really. Hampton Maz showdown imminent now as top 2, I think all south forum members will be licking their lips for this one

I watched the Rovers-AJAX game today, Rovers very good. AJAX have completely fallen apart at the seams, especially after the Hampton Rovers full-back was given a 100 metre penalty-that's 4 25 metre penalties in a row in the last quarter for back-chatting the umpire.The Ajax coach and two of his players were having a fierce argument after the Ajax coach took both players off the ground and one of the Ajax player went straight back on by disobeying the coach. I can't see Ajax being competitive in this finals series, especially after an incident like that.

i feel that ajaxs will be betten next week and will swaps spots with Haileybury. If this does happens then i feel they could course a few surprises in the finals as they got the experience last however they mite not be able do drop the chockers tag.

The finals will be much better without Ajax in them. They dont deserve their spot at all.
Haileybury looking very good coming to the business end of the season. Could be a sleeper if they get up next week. Definitly a side not to be under estimated.

Gotta make the finals first. One step at a time.
But i wouldnt discount any team to have a crack at this years flag. Maz are favourites but this league is bloody even.
I wont be suprised if there a few twists and turns in the next few weeks. Hell even Ajax could do something if they hang onto fourth.

How can you have a team having arguments with each other when you're in the finals and there's one week to go before the finals. The way I see it, it could well be a Mazenod-Hampton Rovers grand final match-up.

haileybury are only winning now cos there dropping their ones players back.. come finals none of them will be able to play and they will do what they did last year.. fall away and tell everyone for the second year in a row that they got robbed... there still a lot behind maz and hampton even with their ones players in.

Now I'm a mutual player and dont have anything to do with hampton or haileybury, but i did see the hailey monash game and hailey was very impressive and i am reliably informed that all bar one in that game is eligible for finals. And the hailey side that beat hampton are all eligible and going on their win they will be a tough side to beat and of course dont forget maz will be thereabouts. Cant see monash being competative after being destroyed at home and ajax dont seem to have it in the big games (will see against Hailey this week) Hampton ive always rated but to me they are not where i thought they would be. Maz Vs Hailey gf for me and what a game that would be, Good luck to all.. The best team will win!!!
