WFH and being able to go for a run or do a workout in the sun at lunchtime.

Alas the bells are tolling to head back into the office so that dream is slowly dying.

Just had a swim at the beach, now got the laptop at the pub for a nice meal, nice beer, nice view, nice weather - and a bit of work I suppose.

I generally walk at lunch time when in the office. But when WFH being able to do that in shorts and a t shirt is much more ideal.

Just had a swim at the pool. Lane to myself. :thumbsupv1:

Now just chillin at home in the air con.

I went past a car wash the other day and there was a line like five cars deep for the automatic wash, the DIY bays were empty.

How the other half live, being able to chill for a half an hour waiting your turn for the car wash and paying like triple the cost.

I found a place where they do an in and out clean pretty cheap. A team of 3 or so just go over it and get it done in 15 minutes. Pretty good deal. I’d only do that 2 or 3 times a year though.
Should see their faces if I take my car into those places. I mow lawns for a living and my car gets clippings stuck all over them, and dirt and dust. Of course they want to charge more. I don't bother anymore...well except when I get a new car. One job later and we are back to square one. I park out the front of the house I work at as there is less chance of getting equipment taxed from your trailer...the car gets filthy.

Those late spring dawn choruses when you might habitually sleep with the bedroom window open.

I don’t even mind being woken up at 5am to that. Can’t be mad about it.

Curlews also help me sleep. A hum of fan noise and the eerie moans of those birds and zzzzz
