Of course they would have, just as Republicans incessantly criticised Obama over everything he did. But Trump dug his own grave with the pandemic response. Claiming a Chinese or Democrat conspiracy for what has been a total failure of leadership is simply not "the big picture"; it's the little one.

Looking forward to seeing Covid magically disappear from the US when the Democrats take over, I'm sure Americans will all obediently go into lockdown in their basements and wear masks 24/7 without protesting because they all love Biden lol.

It's like tryna take out the pee in the pool at this point. We've seen with this pandemic that early and decisive action is what's most effective. That time has come and gone. Given Trump did such a good job of politicising response measures among his base, I'd say there's going be little chance of unified effort from the populace post-election if Biden wins; particularly given the way Trump supporters are throwing their toys out of the cot already.
