Powerful SKOB performance yesterday, they brutalised a Xavier outfit who just had no answers. A fantastic mix of strength on the inside and then speed on the outside. Well done to Guy Martyn for priming this team for September, hard to think this team lost to 3 teams outside the 4 in the month before finals, he knew there were bigger things to work towards. As a supporter for 30+ years, pinching myself to see SKOB into a 3rd straight A-grade GF with a three-peat as the potential prize. They are coming in with a lot of momentum to Sunday's GF and the playing group looked to get through unscathed yesterday.

I knocked EP last week and whilst it's still a very average suburban ground, great atmosphere with a big turn out yesterday from both clubs as you'd expect. Hopefully somebody who supports Blues (I'm sure there's a few out there) comes along next week to make it another decent crowd.

Skobs absolutely flogged Xavs....it was no surprise to me, i called it and said all along Xavs were kidding themselves. When the heat was on theycouldnt match it. Unfortunately next week will be an anti climax. UB's wont get near them..Skobs will "flog" the worst team in A Grade..in body and mind...
I for one will be applauding them (Skobs) when they raise the trophy again....

Yes you did call it early...why were you so confident given they were on top for most of the year?

Their unders took the gas on Saturday as well, losing to the fourth team in the granny so not a good weekend for them.

Geez I look forward to watching SKOB, a champion team, absolutely wipe the floor next week with that arrogant bunch on cheating pretenders from Uni Blues...Kanakis, Critchley, Wood, Sullivan, Waite and Brown are the best bunch of big game players we have seen in this competition in one side since those players Xavs had during the six peat in the late 90s....Blues will get what they deserve on Sunday and add another failed season to the most over rated resume in A Grade...
Mad Lion, if your club had a game as big as your mouth it would be known for something other than being specialists in failure. And as far as some of your previous posts suggesting Blues are the most hated team in Premier, Collegians holds that mantle, daylight second. Your club's racial vilification of opposition players & attacks on their personal lives on social media ensure you hold that mantle indefinitely.

I'd also like to understand our players being accused of racially vilifially other players because that is a pretty big call...what game and when please?

The SKOB lad in 2017, not sure whether at Trott or TH King. Help me out Doug.
Yes Tom Jok at the Trott in Round 7 2017 by a Collegians supporter behind the goals who was banned from our club and wrote a letter to SKOB to apologise ..this has been covered before two years ago on this thread...

Yes our supporter made a racist comment...but was pulled up
You do realise that Courtney Hylton was called a ****** by a player in the 2nd Semi Final last year?

I believe so. I also believe mediation was sought & an apology wanted to be given in person & your club wouldn't have a bar of it. Further reason to endear yourselves to the masses.
