He just tried to bust through two tacklers, got caught, dropped the ball and play on was called. Ball spills to a Claremont teammate who snaps the goal. WAFL umpiring is absolutely cooked.
Gets rid of the challenge of trying to balance the worst players in a professional team (ie, fringe West Coast players) against the best players of an amateur team (ie, WAFL polayers)... which is what is basically happening now. Get the balance wrong, and disaster happens. At least a national reserves comp would put every team on an even playing field.

Barnett has been very poor since being drafted, has shown nothing, and yes, I know he is only a young 1st year rookie, but would need to be showing more than he currently is. It's a big concern.
Don't know what Zane Trew must do to get a better run of it in the Eagles. At the moment, he is so far ahead of Gaff and Sheed, who I cringe at now every time they gather the ball.
