He hasn't heaped shit on players and he has always called players out for poor performances - always! He was the ultimate professional in his approach to the game, and he expected others to be the same. That's why he never won popularity contests with his fellow players.

If the players turned up lethargic on Sunday, its both the players fault and the coaches fault, but its mainly the players. Rubbish selections and moves like taking Esava back to CHB, after he has kicked a goal after being moved to CHF, and we still need to win the game, not defend the deficit, is a coaching thing.

It’s been like this under Hinkley for too long. I had a mate who knows Bass, he used to tell him he could tell the min he rolled up to the pre game whether the players were not with it that day and we’d lose. A new coach for starters puts everybody back on edge, it makes everybody start in a new journey.

The never ending journey of Ken needs to end.

Boards decide coaches so it is dangerous territory for a boys member to publicly discuss.

Whilst there is some influence re approving large contract offers or poor player behaviours (off field etc) I would think board members have a few more degrees of separation from list management

Of course, targeting the players not being up for it, not showing enough fight/effort is reflective of the coach too so you can consider that an indirect attack on the coach

It's easy to say this but it's not your monstrous ego being challenged by Tredders offering to help. The imbeciles in the coaches box think they've got all the answers when it's quite clear that they don't. Embarrassing.

The closeness of "member vote" where Abernethy almost pipped Tredrea with 1 and half times more votes than previously voted for both candidates in the prior election tells you that the current board tried to muster every lever they could to prevent Tredrea from getting on the board.
People accusing Tredrea of some sort of back flipping treachery have NFI. His position on Hinkley is crystal clear. And yes some of the posters on this forum are completely in the know on this. It isn’t a hunch or supposition. His position as a board member prevents him saying certain things. Why do people find this such a hard concept to grasp?

Because there are people on here that speak to him regularly. Because these same people were the driving force to convince him to run for the board. There are also quite a few others on here that know these things to be true. If you choose not to believe that, that's fine.

I choose to believe that the words which come out of Warren Tredrea’s mouth are more representative of the views of Warren Tredrea than heresay on bigfooty. That does not make me an unreasonable or irrational person.

Unfortunately it is not a technique issue for Todd, it never has been. It's hard to coach others aspects into a player, such as an appetite for the contest and a willingness to compete

Tim Ginever is the biggest pussy when it comes to the football club, he's sat on radio for the last 4 years and has never planted his flag into the ground when it comes to Ken and the boys club corruption down at Alberton. The reason for this is he doesnt want to be ostracized by the club because frankly he's and old man who is too frightened to lose the one thing he loves. Everytime he's given the option to say something he diverts to a cliche or some old footy story thats meant to show us his wisdom in regards to all things footy. He needs to grow a set and forget about going off the top turnbuckle with irrelevant issue like selecting Dixon when everyone knows he was spent 15 months ago.
