We have Hendo and Levi developing, plus Setanta and Waite doing a good job in the seniors right now. Can't afford list cloggers. Prefer us to keep focusing on draft/rookie draft talent. Hendo will be awesome, Levi's showing signs, and the other 2 will be great for a quite a while longer - still only 27.

It's mostly method and attitude.

I'd say John-boy started to think last year that he had earned his stripes.

Takes more than being called 'the best kick for goal' in the league by numerous 'experts' to make the grade.

Or having one good year. And he did. But the signs were there when he kicked the winner after the siren that night. That his head was getting way too big for his boots.

If you have a shoulder reconstruction like Jack did over the preseason & start training in late Jan, your season is pretty much an uphill battle. He's kicked 80 goals from his first 39 games, if a Henderson had that type of output, you would be hailing him the next Royce Hart.

Anthony has played 40 games whereas Henderson has only played 23.

Needs an ego reconstruction. In my HUMBLE opinion. Like Team comes before John. It's a common malady for a FF. Nothing a few seasons in at Full back won't fix. I wouldn't mind seeing Nick Maxwell given a run out of the goal square. Might do wonders for his over-inflated opinion of his opinion...
