Yep. I reckon he had images of his hamstring pinging and went nope not today.Looks like he changed his mind and tried to hit up a player but he missed the target
So much symmetryRhymes with bong
The one to Allen. Reminded me of an elite QBThere was one kick in the weekend which I think came in the second. He was outside of 50 and there were stuff all good options on judging by the way he surveyed the field. He kicked it to a 1-on-2, but it bloody nearly came off and I'm willing to bet it was actually the best choice on offer, and the arc of the kick was perfect. Not to overamp it, but his footy IQ is off the ******* charts.
Hopefully can get his hands on the ball more, only 17 touches over his 1st 2 games, quality over quantity atm.
Already more touches than Brendan Ah Chee in his time at WCTrue but I reckon has already shown a better aptitude for the level than poor old Venables managed.
How many MOTC attempts though?Already more touches than Brendan Ah Chee in his time at WC

Has a near-perfect tackle technique also. Locks the ball in and grabs the other hand to prevent the handball. Tackles like a vice, despite his size.None of us expected us to take him at pick 58, if we didn't take him then a Vic team would've taken him in the rookie draft. I was expecting a team like Richmond, Geelong or Carlton to take him but there was something in him that our recruiters saw in his game for Vic Country something we needed. Looks like he loves the club for giving him a chance despite injuring his collarbone which tanked his draft stock. Victorian clubs will be regretting that they missed a likely gem in the future and will be wondering "How on Earth did we miss this kid" but I'm sure if he played for those Vic clubs, even with his work ethic he likely won't get a round 1 debut and instead play in the VFL mainly due to how late he got drafted.
The kid is deceptively strong at 18 and despite his small size, his tackles stick like glue even against bigger bodied more experienced players. His stats not be impressive but his touches are high quality as he always looks for the best options and often his disposals is to his teammates advantage. He's very clean with pick ups and puts himself in positions which benefits the team such as blocking exit outlets.
I can see him becoming a Cyril Rioli type low touch high impact player or even a Lachie Neale type if we get very lucky.
His Fantasy v Supercoach scoring ratios are at Nic Nat levels, which is a good sign.
R1: 38 v 63
R2: 34 v 62
Bodes well.
