Agree with you there - those qualities were essential through his early stint, so hopefully changes to the coaching structure can foster some more growth in other areas.

I loved the way the Lions loved Fagan. I think a good coach and squad relationship is essential in this era. I think our squad has a really strong connection with Nicks. He needs to now find the best squad that can execute his game plan (if they can work it out )
