I love that he almost looked for body contact, got the ball and was willing to take the tackler on. He will get caught doing this at times early in his career, and some people will get frustrated but that sort of confidence in a first gamer is rare and bloody exciting.

At the ground thought he looked damm good. Slotted in without a hitch. Had a few leads ignored when he ran to dangerous places, but didn't see any obvious times of him losing against an opponent. Stays in for mine.

Composure, competiveness, strength all big ticks. Once he builds a tank look out! Very impressed by his debut. Will stay in next week when Cousins is dropped for Sic.

Would be nice to see him build that tank and get more midfield minutes, but that will come.

Just wanted to stick my head in and congratulate Worpel for debuting. Looked very impressive though I'm not surprised in the slightest. I have been watching him play since he was a kid with his blonde scone. Always remembered him being very tough and never giving up and always stood out amongst the rest of his team-mates. Then when I saw him being touted as a draft possibility I was hoping we'd pick him but alas, you picked well. He'll be a player for you no worries.
