It’s almost as if they set the whole thing up and he already knew a fair while agoSam did mention he's a very level headed kid but wow I think I have a bigger reaction when I find 2 bucks on the ground
M10?
Damn straight he would have been as nervous as hellI love how 30 of his mates had a better Draft Night than he did!
Yep. I see Callum Mills in him. Great pick up.A very impressive debut today from Mackenzie. His skill level and decision-making are elite. He adds a little bit of French sophistication to our team. However, it is clear that it will take time to build up his tank, similar to what happened to Callum Mills in his first few years.
Had time where others wouldn't.Quality debut. Seemed to have time and made great decisions and executed skills well. Great start
Ran a 2.91 second 20m at the start of last year. He’s no slouch.Had time where others wouldn't.
He stopped, assessed his options, stepped only if needed, and delivered with finesse.
Reminiscent of Sam Mitchell in the way his mind was quick, head on a swivel, but he wasn't moving unless absolutely necessary.
I read one of his draft interviews when he said he had worked hard on his acceleration. He doesn't appear to me to have much in the way of pace, but is more physically gifted than Mitchell I hope we works as hard and smart.
Looks a winner.
Sub 3 seconds over 20 so he has some toe.Had time where others wouldn't.

So clean, skilled and is an excellent decision maker.
New game plan - give the ball to Mackenzie at all costs. If he can't be given the ball dispose then the player with it has to ask him what to do with it, and he'll make the right decision for them.
