Reminds me a lot of Lachie Hunter as a dangerous small fwd, likes to go for a speccie and jump on player's heads and has some nice finishing skills around goals. He showed some decent burst pace around packs and to get away from a tackler and could challenge Lachie / Dickson from day 1 for a spot in the fwd line.

I'm pretty good with this pick. On highlights alone, he has that sort of X factor that can't be taught. He seems to use the ball well and has notable breakaway pace.

In a few years we'll wonder how he slipped. No weaknesses. The knock was that he came from nowhere but bloody hell he showed everything he could with incredible numbers and a great Tac cup GF.

It's funny how Collingwood picked up De Goey because he played a bit TAC GF but McLean dominated as well and wasn't pumped up higher because of it.
Going to be an absolute jet.

Yeah mate you're well and truly entitled to this one after going on about him all year

Very happy with him as well, think I read somewhere that he moved into the midfield later in the year and racked up big numbers? Can anyone confirm that? Seems to be a common theme among the highly talented small forward/flanker types.

Like I said earlier in the week, I think he would make a fantastic combo with Dahl at Boyds feet. Imagine those two just causing havoc left, right and centre. So much X-Factor we could almost justify bringing in Redfoo to be a coach.
